Initially, our business mainly focus on producing Tungsten Carbide Helical Inserts of products. After many years of research and testing, we have succeeded in producing helical bars carbide with 45 degree helix angle and length 300mm to manufacture finishing milling cutters. To this day, we continue to produce the variety of sizes and specifications, and have become a leader in this project, as well.Tungsten carbide Helical Inserts are produced by powder metallurgy that starts with thermal shaping process method to form a part. Ensuring more even structure, high overall density, fewer welded crack, good impact resistance and a long life.
We can control the fitting accuracy within 0.5mm. The various choice of carbide grades enables to find the suitable material for each customers application.
